Tasty, gooey and healthy to the T! Check these fat bombs out!
1. 50 gms vanilla flavoured custard powder
2. 2 1/2 cup water
3. 100 gms jaggery
4. 5 tsp ghee/clarified butter
5. Chopped almonds – 3-4
1. In a small bowl mix 1 cup of water with 50 gms custard powder and ensure that they mix well so that there are no lumps
2. In a separate saucepan, heat 100gms of jaggery with 1 1/2 cup of water.
3. Heat till the jaggery melts into the water
4. Now add the custard paste to the jaggery water and whisk together well.
5. Keep whisking to make sure that no lumps arise.
6. Now add 2 tsps of clarified butter or ghee and whisk more
7. Let the mixture thicken a little, and add more of 2 tsp of ghee to the mixture.
8. Keep whisking till the mixture turns thick and the ghee separate.
9. Let the mixture cool a little.
10. Pour in a jar that has been greased with the remaining ghee and drizzle on some chopped almonds.
11. Let the mixture cool before cutting into pieces and serving.
