Richa

Born and brought up in Modinagar District of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Richa has been an amazing addition to the team of Fit Foodies Mantra from the get-go. An immensely inspiring person herself, Richa, has had a few struggles in her life that have definitely shaped her into the amazing person that she is today.

It was her illness that inspired her to the core to study and know more about nutrition. Having done MSc. in Food and Nutrition, she made sure that she went into the details about nutrition and how the right kind of nutrition can genuinely prevent various diseases in many possible ways.

Richa has worked with some notable names in the health industry like VLCC and Amway and came in contact with Fit Foodies Mantra via the most classic way every, through a job portal! And she has been a rock for the 3 years that she has been with us!

She believes to the fullest that with every experience that she has had, she has learnt new things and adapted that into her everyday routine! We quote, “Life is my guru constantly teaching me what I need to know, placing exactly who and what I need in my life to grow as a soul.”
