Do you find it hard to fit a workout routine into your daily schedule of the usual monotony that you follow? And even if you are someone who loves to workout when they DO find the time, are you still unable to do the same while you are busy running around so that you can keep a track of your household and job too? No, this kind of running around doesn’t really count as a workout, unfortunately!

We understand in such a situation where you prioritize your job or your house-work, fitness can easily fall off your radar! But we do have some good news for your folks as well! Did you know that even a mere 30 minutes of exercise in a day, helps to a great extent in keeping you hale and hearty? Even if you are not able to find 30 minutes at one go to workout, breaking that time into smaller segments will also pretty much have the same effect! So, here are some easy and no-brainer ways to squeeze fitness into your day and lead a healthier life!

Stairs are the way to go!Climbing the stairs

Ofcourse elevators seem more convenient to everyone, there is literally no question about that! But have you ever thought about taking those stairs to your office or to your apartment? We understand that this could prove to be a difficult thing for some people who work/live on higher floors than others! We obviously don’t want you to go climbing all the way to your 26th-floor office/home, nor do we expect you to do that!

But what would you say if we told you that by merely climbing close to 5 flights of stairs everyday for 5 days, you could end up losing close to 300 calories? Also, did you know that climbing stairs helps burn calories two to three times faster than walking? Isn’t that amazing? So if you do decide to do it right and give it a try, then you can easily lose upto 15 pounds in a year! Surprised right?

Walk Faster:Walking everyday

You obviously do a whole lot of walking throughout your day! Be it from the couch to the kitchen, your bed to the loo or your work desk to someone else’s desk, walking is an essential part of your daily activity! Have you ever thought about stepping up your pace when walking, even if it is the shortest distance?

This could literally prove to be a mini workout for you each day, every day! Not only will this ensure that your heart gets pumping, but it will help you burn more calories extremely effectively! It truly will be a win-win situation for you!

Park and Walk:Walking from parking

It is a human tendency to make sure that we make everything more convenient for us! In the same frame of mind, we always tend to make sure that we always find a spot to park the car that is closest to that office door of ours!

As we have discussed earlier, walking truly proves to be one of the best, most effective and the easiest ways to include workouts in your daily routine! So why not add another way to help you do the same? Try parking as farther as you think you can walk from your car to your office (obviously ensuring that your car is parked in a safe area), to make the best of a daily situation, and including your daily walking goal in it! Isn’t it a good idea? We thought so too!
